The minimum order size for custom candles is 500 units. Some specialty packaging components, such as a custom glass color or screen-printed design have a 500 unit minimum and will be clearly stated on the product page. Our pricing tiers are based on volume, and the higher the quantity, the lower the price per unit. Our full-service Design Studio can help add your logo and custom message to the label or you can submit print-ready artwork using your own design.

Yes, we can! If you would like for our team to find specific vessels for your brand, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 candles. This covers the cost of the time required to research, order, and customize a candle line.

Yes! Sample candles can be purchased online at the regular retail rate. If you would like to order a branded sample candle, custom mockups start at $195 each and vary based on the product and level of customization. Please contact a PourMyCandles team member to process your custom sample request. To sample our Signature Scent Blends, we offer a Welcome Pack with your choice of five or twelve 1oz sample candles.

Lead times begin upon written approval of your artwork. The average lead times are listed below and vary based on your level of customization and holidays. - 500-999 Candles: 5-6 weeks - 1,000-2,499 Candles: 6-8 weeks - 2,500-5,000 Candles: 10-12 weeks - 5,000-10,000+ Candles: 12-16 weeks Custom printed gift boxes, matchboxes and wood lids require a minimum of 4-week lead time. Custom Colored Glass + Screen- printed Design requires a minimum 8-week lead time. If you are unsure about meeting a deadline, please contact us for an estimated ship date. Production time does not include transportation time. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. *Rush orders depend on schedule availability and incur a 10% fee.

Yes! If you have already purchased vessels, you may ship them directly to us.

Yes, we are able to add herbs/flowers and crystals to candles. Since this would fall under our "Custom Candle" category, the minimum order quantity is 1,000.

Yes, we have a wide selection of custom label designs available that can be personalized with your special details or company logo. Additional design services are available at a rate of $90 per hour. Please submit a Custom Quote Request with more details and we can provide an estimate for your project. Bulk orders require final artwork approval from the client prior to going to production. PourMyCandles Candles is not responsible for misprinted spelling of names, dates, barcodes, or color settings. If a specific Pantone is required, ordering a branded sample is recommended.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please check spelling for your custom message and names very carefully when placing the order. Yes, you can submit print-ready artwork using your own design at no charge. Your account rep will help provide artwork specs based on your vessel and project. General Custom Artwork Specs: Label dimensions can be found on your personalized quote. Submit print-ready artwork files as .ai, .psd, .pdf, or .jpg (hi res, minimum 300dpi) Must be setup in CMYK Include 1/8” bleed Outline fonts or send font files Minimum font size is 5.5pt Final artwork approval is required from the client prior to going to production. We accept bank transfer, wire transfer and all major credit cards*. Note: All wholesale and custom orders must be paid in full upon placing the order. Inventory changes daily and we are unable to reserve materials without paid order confirmation. *There is a 3% processing fee for credit card transactions over $1,200.

Online Retail Orders over $100+ receive Free Shipping. Orders under $100 have $10 flat-rate shipping to Canada and $15 flat-rate shipping to the United States. Bulk and custom orders will receive shipping details on their Personalized Quote. Expedited shipping options available based on the order’s weight and dimensions. Note: Our offices are open for pick-up. Please coordinate with the PourMyCandles team to schedule a time to discuss pick-up if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Bulk orders will receive a PDF proof for approval or revisions prior to going to production. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. If you realize a typo, please notify us immediately by email. If the order was already approved and has gone to production, there will be a reprint fee and it may extend the timeline.
